At Pim's Stones Thailand, every Jade and bespoke jewelry piece is handled with the utmost care, from our workshop to your doorstep. Please review our shipping policy below:
🌍 Processing Times ---
Ready-to-Ship Items: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Bespoke & Custom Orders: As each piece is handcrafted to perfection, please allow 14 to 21 business days for creation before dispatch. We will dispatch your item early if it finished early.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship worldwide with reliable carriers (DHL, USPS or local postal services).
Domestic (within Thailand): in 3 business days.
International: 14–21 business days, depending on location.
Express Shipping: 4-5 business days. Available at checkout for faster delivery.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance or unforeseen delays due to your local courier.
📍 Order Tracking ---
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
🛡️ Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees
International buyers are responsible for any import duties, VAT, or customs fees imposed by their country.
We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.
💌 Address Accuracy ---
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
🔒 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages ---
We carefully pack all items to ensure safe delivery.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll assist you in filing a claim or arranging a resolution.
Once a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the buyer.
